Strategic Engineering: CCE establishes dedicated offshore engineering centers for its clients. Clients have engineering teams exclusively working for them on a variety of tasks, including sustaining engineering, value engineering, reverse engineering, new product development, standards & best practices, design modularization among others.
Manufacturing: CCE offers integrated design engineering & manufacturing services that seamlessly links the engineering and supply chain functions. CCE helps companies reduce product cost and increase output and innovation by leveraging co-located low cost design engineers and manufacturing facilities offshore.
Technology Solutions: CCE has developed off-the-shelf and customizable technology solutions for the engineering marketplace. These include product configurators, which are add-ons to CAD systems to dramatically reduce time for creating CAD models & drawings for highly configurable product families, CAD data sharing solutions for the extended enterprise and data translators for all major CAD systems.
Synergy
A unique feature of CCE is the synergy between its co-located business divisions. The Technology Solutions group complements the Strategic Engineering group by providing productivity enhancing custom design automation solutions. The Strategic Engineering group provides software developers a deeper perspective into how their technology is used in real life scenarios. The Manufacturing Group lends its experience to the Strategic Engineering group for inputs on manufacturability of a design while the engineers provide insight into ways of optimizing the product design (value engineering).
