Kumar Rajan founded Cimsoftek in 1992 before merging the operations with Compunix, Inc. to form CCE in 2000. Before founding Cimsoftek, Kumar was the Director of Software Development at the US unit of Dassault Systems, one of the leading providers of CAD/CAM/CAE products. He was one of the earliest developers of CATIA, working at the Paris headquarters of Dassault Systems. Kumar helped merge the combined strengths of Cimsoftek and Compunix in CAD data interoperability to develop and market products and technologies used by a number of leading corporations and independent software vendors (ISVs) worldwide. He also helped diversify into offshore design and engineering services, by establishing the India operations in early 1998. Today, he plays the dual role as CEO and CTO, setting the strategy for both the engineering services and software development groups.

Kumar received his dual Masters degrees in Computer Science and in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, NY and Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from the University of Madras, India.

Vinay Wagle founded Compunix in 1989, which was merged with Cimsoftek to create CCE in 2000. Vinay worked at automotive OEM Chrysler prior to founding Compunix. Vinay provides leadership to the CCE sales & marketing team.

Vinay has a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, and a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mysore, India.

S.N. Kishore has been instrumental in setting up the Indian operations of CCE in 1998 and has been responsible for its growth for the past 10 years. Kishore has about 20 years of experience and prior to joining CCE, he was leading software development efforts at Alstom and GE. He now plays a key role in the functioning of the three groups in India, Engineering Services, Manufacturing Services and Software Development.

Kishore holds a Bachelors degree in Science from Bangalore University, India.

Les Jones is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of business management, engineering and manufacturing experience. Prior to joining the CCE team, Jones was President and COO of Stellar Engineering (a large tier-1 provider for major OEM’s). Before taking on the role of President, he managed numerous engineering groups for the organization and served as its Director of IT for several years.

Jones holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Manufacturing Technology from Eastern Michigan University.

Rajendran Aeroda has held various engineering and management positions over the last 25 years. Prior to joining CCE, he has been with Honeywell ED&S heading technical division in India, responsible for New Products Development and improvements to existing products from concept to market launch and post sales support, manufacturing quality and products certification to group companies in India and abroad. He joined Honeywell from Alstom, a world leader in power, transmission and distribution and transport. As senior manager with Alstom T&D division, he has been responsible for manufacturing and system quality management, product improvement and supplier development. He had a stint in automotive R&D, responsible for design and development of existing products based on the research of the ‘voice of the customer’. He also is a certified lead assessor quality systems to ISO 9000 and an auditor European Federation Quality Management System.

Rajendran holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from National Institute of Technology, India.
